This study analyzes the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM)-based construction technology in enhancing the efficiency of environmentally friendly infrastructure projects. The research addresses the problem of inefficiency and lack of sustainability integration in conventional construction practices. Using a Narrative Literature Review (NLR) approach, data were collected from journals, books, and empirical studies related to BIM, sustainable construction, and infrastructure efficiency. The findings reveal that BIM integrates all project phases through a centralized digital framework, improving coordination, resource optimization, and environmental performance. BIM also supports sustainability goals by enabling energy simulations and lifecycle assessments. In conclusion, BIM serves as a transformative tool that bridges technological innovation and environmental responsibility, fostering more efficient and sustainable infrastructure development.
